Error on update from repository

Hello.
Today when I have tried to update my Debian 13 server with command "sudo apt update" I have received the following error:

An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. OpenPGP signature verification failed: http://ppa.launchpad.net/utappia/stable/ubuntu jammy InRelease: Sub-process /usr/bin/sqv returned an error code (1), error message is: Signing key on CEA1EBAF65B1043E244021E1A726F660EBC8F9FD is not bound: No binding signature at time 2026-01-29T15:59:36Z because: Policy rejected non-revocation signature (PositiveCertification) requiring second pre-image resistance because: SHA1 is not considered secure since 2026-02-01T00:00:00Z

I think that the key that signs the repository uses a obsolete signing method SHA1.

Can you fix the repository key?

Thank you for reporting this issue. I've identified the root cause:

The Problem:
Debian 13's new sqv (Sequoia) signature verification tool rejects SHA-1 hashes (deprecated as of February 1, 2026). PPA signing key currently uses SHA-1, which is now incompatible with Debian 13. The PPA works perfectly on Ubuntu (jammy, noble, oracular)

Important: This is a PPA infrastructure limitation, not a uCareSystem package issue. All packages in the PPA are affected.

Interim Solutions for Debian 13 Users:

• Use Direct .deb Releases
  Download precompiled .deb packages from our GitHub Releases page an install it directlly. This will manually update the package. If there is an issue with this procedure, please report back.

I'm working with a solution that should not disrupt the update procedure. This will take time and will make the PPA fully compatible with Debian 13.
