Investigate HookReadTSC and HookReadKeypad from PMD Fragments asm patch

Existing information
The asm patches for PMD Fragments do some interesting things that can likely be translated into documentation. Do some digging into the things being done and the code being hooked into, and see if anything useful can be gleaned from it.

Seeing as the links are dead now, here are some notes and context about what used to be there (NA offsets):

• 0x02005F84 and 0x020065AC are functions hooked by HookReadKeypad and HookReadTSC, respectively.
• In the hack this is used for, the aforementioned hooks disable player control and force inputs in dungeon mode (though these could be applied for anything).
• 0x02005F84 seems to have some inner condition that only gets run at the start of the game, probably to initialize some input-related structures? One notable structure that gets initialized is one that GetPressedButtons also references.

I don't have many good notes on these, sorry. In any case though, does the repo's removal warrant this issue being closed?

Hmm, the dead link is unfortunate. I think HookReadKeypad and HookReadTSC were the main things I wanted to look at though, so the notes you gave should still be useful, thanks. I'll just rename this issue rather than closing it.
