IDEA: Change the Statue radial menu to a template for Avatar Settings

The installer should create a basis for collecting avatar menus.

The root radial menu should be "Avatar Settings".
The Statue menu now is a submenu item for this. Other menus can be added to this base menu.
Any menus created by the system should include a "back" button to go up one level in the hierarchy.
