how to deploy deploymentgroup with newobjects

Hi,

Im trying to deploy using deploymentgroup.

1. Created the Deployment Group for a query which has 2 objects.
   executequery -q RDR_UCD
   workflow wkf_UCD_TEST1
   workflow wkf_UCD_TEST2

2. Deploy deploymentgroup: I'm getting an error for workflow wkf_UCD_TEST1

An error occured while accessing the repository [Dependent Start Start(id=55160 in source repository is required to deploy Workflow wkf_UCD_TEST1, it is not available in the target repository and is not part of the deployment group. Failed to execute deploydeploymentgroup.

as this new workflow does not exists in target server. Is there any parameter that I need to use in control to deploy new objects using deploymentgroup.

Please share me your experience.
