May I know why the testnet cluster is still “unavailable” after 1-2 days? It showed as active but then went unavailable. Setup was quite easy but I am just waiting to be able to make the cluster “for sale”. The waiting time on the “active” status is a bit long.

The cluster has obvious network timeouts. Please check whether the network type selection is correct or not. If it is correct, you can try to delete the host and add it again.
