Selectors printed into head when default font selected #72

Just wondering if you can remember what the rationale was for this commit:
My thinking is that the default font is already set up in the theme's stylesheet, and so it doesn't really make sense to print styles for that. But I suppose if there was a commit then there may have been a particular use-case where this was important.
