Convert front-end editor to work inside the Customizer.

Currently, the front-end editor is a standalone piece of code that is enabled with a query argument on the front-end. We need to rebuild it to use the Customizer instead. Now that they have incorporated the sliding panels that might make it a bit easier to allow edits to specific font declarations.
