403 forbidden error when running setup.bat

I am trying to clone and setup UnrealEngineHTML5 repo following the documentation.

When I run the Setup.bat the terminal sent me an error shown below:

Failed to download 'http://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies/3080521-4555593138d749878eace1a85d45da69/02a0f12c2e24355ee396573eb72a2ae8cf84e86a':Unable to connect to the remote server (WebException) (403) forbidden. (WebException)

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

It looks like you need to go to the UE release page and download their Gitdeps.xml https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/releases/tag/4.27.2-release

then replace this in the engine >build folder of the cloned repo, then run setup.bat again
