[solved] The temporary directory `error_temp_dir_not_found` does not exist!

My code started bleeding red (all red lines running down) trying to package for 4.24. it says this error message over and over again:

[2023.06.02-02.49.13:314][928]PackagingResults: Error: The temporary directory error_temp_dir_not_found does not exist! Please make sure that the path is correct.

I traced it back to the top which said:
UATHelper: Packaging (HTML5): ERROR: emscripten TEMP_DIR NOT FOUND: D:\Unreal\ue4-4.24.3-html5\Engine\Platforms\HTML5\Build\emsdk\emsdk-1.39.18\tmp
UATHelper: Packaging (HTML5): h5conf Emscripten Config File: D:\Unreal\ue4-4.24.3-html5\Engine\Platforms\HTML5\Build\emsdk\emsdk-1.39.18.emscripten

UATHelper: Packaging (HTML5): h5conf HTML5ToolChain: Development -O2 aggressive size and speed optimization

How did I fix it?

I went to D:\Unreal\ue4-4.24.3-html5\Engine\Platforms\HTML5\Build\emsdk\emsdk-1.39.18\ and made a "tmp" folder. It was that simple. Hope this helps someone soon.
