Node server not connecting

I authorized with Ring, but the node server shows disconnected and 0 devices. Do I need custom configurations? Maybe the IP address and port? I had opened a port in my router for Ring

I still cannot get this to download my devices. I have authorized with Ring numerous times. There is no error log.
