Discontinued?

I can't remember where I read this asset was discontinued and some of it integrated in Unity 2019.1
Might be worth putting something in the readme for those hoping that directional lights are still scheduled to be added soon?

It won't, HDRP will include its own fog system (https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.high-definition@6.9/manual/Override-Volumetric-Fog.html , check version link).
However I confirm this old VolumetriLightning effect works with unity 2019.3 beta
