No way to read all staked positions of a user address, in univ3 staker contract

what is the canonical way to read the list of all postion NFT token ids staked in univ3 staker contract ? without this data one cannot create a frontend to host an incentive program and this makes the incentive program itself infeasible.

if this requires setting up of subgraph then uniswap should provide a hosted service subgraph for this purpose, which is also missing.

please do help me out in clarifying this.

It seems you might have to go to the Subgraph route -

There are a few things with the Uni-v3 staker contract that makes it not very suitable for building front-ends on top of it
