Expanded installation instuctions

One of the comments we received in giving this course was asking for expanded install and setup instructions.
In particular how to get the program we are using after installing anaconda.

Ideally we should mention that:

1. we are using JupyterLab for the first session, and instructions on how to get there.
2. we are using visual studio code and console for the second session (as in @omarjamil 's email) and how to launch there.
   We could also include a brief note about the difference between an editor a REPL, notebook and script are.
