Allow for configuring the FPU <-> eCarbs conversion factor

Currently, the conversion factor is hardcoded to 10g per 1 FPU. But for example this paper argues that 5g per 1 FPU would be better. This indicates that the conversion factor should be made configurable along with the absorption scheme. Please add an input field for that factor to the settings.
