Select server by domain in URL

Is there a way to make pen select the server based on the domain of the requested URL (like example.net goes to server1, example.com goes to server2)?
(If not, is there a orthogonal tool that can do this?)

I was trying to route traffic based on domain names. Now, I use a different tool (haproxy).
