Mnemonic questions #7

When I am using the ulord thin wallet, there are a few things confused me, please help clarify:

  1. When I first launch the desktop windows wallet, it automatically initiate a wallet for me, which is very good. Of course, I would like to write down the mnemonic phase. What surprised me is: there are 13 words. This is not a big problem, but why? why do we choose 13 words, I would expect 12, 15, or 24 words, which is normally used by other wallets.

  2. 13-word mnemonic phase makes me difficult to access the wallet on my mobile wallet, which only allow me to input 12 words.

  3. Anyway, I'm using the wallet and there are some ULDs. Next, I want to import this wallet in another computer, and I found another issue: there is a work "suger" in the mnemonic phase. Please note that it is not "sugar", but "suger", which is not in BIP39 dictionary. How did this word come? and what dictionary you are using?

  4. Actually, I inputed "sugar" first, and get all wrong addresses, and I found there is no money in the wallet, so I found the problem in question 3. So, another question comes: apparently there is no validation of the mnemonic phase. I inputed a wrong word, I would expect the wallet tell me the phrase is nor right since validation will not pass.

I would think the question 3 is very important, it will make the wallet not compliant with the standard. And really, I do not think suger should be in the dictionary while sugar is in. Btw, I love sugar more.
