[Protocol] Using the lab GPU machines / hyak / shared compute

We need to document how to use these machines.

Some of this information should be protected (e.g. behind a CSE login or user-specific google sheet) like any token associated with login, IPs, passwords, etc.

General usage paradigms, and instructions can be public and written in markdown. If it is very involved, consider writing a separate [Tutorial] and putting that under 'tutorials'.
