Stop feedback message to react quoting

When someone quotes a message with a 💬 reaction, other people often follow up by clicking it as well. The feedback message here unnecessarily spams the chat.

Possible solutions:

• remove the speech bubble react after processing
• suppress the error message when responding to a react
• move feedback to DMs (some people don't like) or ephemeral messages (cannot do in response to react or ! command - use context menu action instead of react??)
