Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to extend back a few years. A generalized function should allow for quite a few. This will involve modification to our DB to allow for fields that specify year.
Additional context
Each year, different faculties change requirements, so this issue may have to be tackled from each faculty individually and manually validated.
