Majors and minors within Arts faculty need to be parsed.

https://ugradcalendar.uwaterloo.ca/group/ARTS-Academic-Plans has a list of academic plans that will need to be parsed. Ideally we would want some functions that are as portable as possible because UWaterloo changes requirements every year.
Describe alternatives you've considered
See ProgramParsing directory for examples of parsing done on other faculties. (Arts is currently done only for Bachelor of Arts)
