Constructing framework for application

We agreed to use Node.js/vue.js in the framework.

Jacqueline is leaning away from Flask and python and toward Node.js and https://expressjs.com/ - To present in the next meeting about what they are thinking and why. We asked the group for suggestions.

We need to understand whether or not this is how the data will be passed between the sections of the system (for example, how to feed the output of the domain parser to the crawler queues.

no blockers. Endpoints getting set up. Also going to write one long bash script to tie everything together. Also going to document all the parts.

OBSTRTA (One Bash Script to Rule Them All) - Completed the first part but unmerged. Documentation needs to be completed. Should be done today.

Ticket staying open because there's still the framework work to be done.

Nat made a few suggestions for modifications so @jacqueline-chan will update the pull request once these are done.
