Zoom map when gage URL parameter is used #1968
Description
When the gage page URL parameters are used (ex: https://dev.streamstats.usgs.gov/gageplots/?gage=02169500&tab=plots), consider also zooming into the map to the gage and opening the gage popup (if possible).
