Any hope of NOAA CCAP 1m LU?

I'm doing a project with the current non-annual NLCD fields (through 2019), so in addition to being curious about #143 status, I'm wondering if there's any scope to deal with the high res impervious layers. I can imagine all sorts of technical and logistical obstacles, but no harm in asking?
