Description
It might be useful to consider a rounding/significant figures function on the CWMSPlot y axis. The Plotly auto rounding works in most cases, but MVP has found a few cases where Plotly tries to display out to the millionth of a cfs because the values being plotted are effectively the same.
A quick work around is to tell Plotly to round to a fixed digit (i.e. integer, one digit after the decimal, etc.), but this doesn't make sense in many circumstances and Plotly does not seem to have great built in options for customization. For example, if the range between min and max value on the plot is 100 cfs, it doesn't make sense to display digits after the decimal. If the range between the min and max value on the plot is 5 cfs, it probably makes sense to display a digit or two after the decimal. If the range between the min and max value is a fraction of a cfs, the plot should show a flat line.
