New issue when specifying the hypocenter

A new bug has been recently introduced where if you specify the hypocenter, there is an error saying something like "hypocenter[2] index out of range". The hypocenter parameter is getting redefined somewhere to some weird long array. The issue is happening around line of generate_ruptures_parallel.py. I made a temporary fix on my end to change line 228 to be hypocenter = hypocenter.

I also noticed that all the ruptures now have hypocenters in the middle instead of randomly distributed throughout the rupture. Do you see this too?

I don't think Ive noticed this. You mean the "random" hypocenters are always now in the midle of the fault?
