While using my Samsung A53 (Android 14) during a video consultation, the app locked itself after approximately 3 minutes of idleness (not touching the screen). It requested my fingerprint again, forced me out of the session, and I had to rejoin the call.
Environment
Device: Samsung Galaxy A53
OS: Android 14
Network: Wi-Fi
Steps to Reproduce
Join a video consultation session through the app.
Do not touch the screen for ~3:15 minutes, mabye a little bit more.
Wait for the system to trigger a security lock.
App requests fingerprint authentication and exits the session.
User must rejoin the consultation manually.
Expected Behavior
The video consultation session should remain active even when the device is idle, without requiring biometric authentication, unless the app is closed or minimized.
Note: I am unable to attach the video screenshot, @georgipavlov-7DIGIT can forward the video by email, you can check when the user is being forced out of the app at 3:09 of the recording.
