Inconsistent provider preview box

Describe the bug
When selecting provider the display box has inconsistent size 1) depending on the provider 2) depending on the language

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Consultations → Schedule a consultation
2. See error

Expected behavior
Consistent box size regardless of provider name/surname length and selected UI language, the same way its done in view all articles in information portal
