Scoreboard should expire old games only after 2nd or 3rd round #17
Description
When the scoreboard (for multiplayer games) runs another round of games, it should not expire the last round of games in case a user is viewing the scoreboard. We may want to keep 2 or 3 rounds worth of games for that purpose AND add some text to the scoreboard to indicate that if games are expired to just reload.
