GenWeight problem #16
Description
Luca and I noticed some ntuples (e.g. TTTo2L2Nu_TuneCP5_13TeV-powheg-pythia8) have GenWeight!=1. This produces a double counting of the GenWeight in cases when GenWeight!=LHEWeight_originalXWGTUP but they are exactly almost equal:
