Description
Currently, any updates to the ReDATA BagIt profile used to create bags must be manually applied to the workflow file used by dart-runnner. This should be an automated process by either having a process build and store a workflow file or build the file dynamically at run time using a workflow template and a placeholder (the latter is probably a cleaner solution)
