Description

The prereq_script in LD-Cool-P downloads files from a deposit into the ORIGINAL_DATA folder in the current version folder for that specific deposit on the curation server. Since Figshare implemented the folder upload feature, LD-Cool-P flattens the folder structure when downloading files from a deposit that contains folder(s), i.e. it does not create the folder but downloads the files in the folder(s). There is a need to capture the correct folder structure of deposits that contain folder(s).

Suggested Implementation

The new Figshare API endpoint that creates the file folder structure will be used to retrieve the folder structure, and LD-Cool-P will use it accordingly.
