Bug: get_curation_list fails when an depositor is not found in authors list #282

Description of the bug
When the get_curation_list script is executed, the result should be a list of all items in curation (to be reviewed, under review, reviewed). The list contains details like date_created, article_id, depositor's name, title etc. But the script fails if an depositor's name is not found in the result of Figshare's accounts API.
Steps To Reproduce
- Run get_curation_list script on staging Figshare
