[Bug] Incorrect rendering of some symbols like arrows when using typsium 0.3.1

When adding the package through #import "@preview/typsium:0.3.1": * some symbols in math mode become unavailable.

To Reproduce
Type some mathematical expression like $ arrow $ in the math environment with the package imported.

Expected behavior
Expected behavior should be the rendering of the arrow, instead it renders default-constructor

I think this issue relates to how you import typsium. Try using #import "@preview/typsium:0.3.1": ce instead of ...: *.
However, this is still a valid issue, and I will figure it out later.
