Bootstrap 4 compatibility

This plugin is not compatible with Bootstrap 4.

I made the [fork](https://github.com/mahotilo/Bootstrap-Carousel) of Bootstrap-Carousel for Bootstrap 4.
Do we need a pull requests from my fork to origin? 
Given that in any case, this will not update the plugin that can be downloaded from the CMS.
