Granite Speech plugin download fails on Windows 11 – python.exe missing error

Description

When downloading the IBM Granite 4.0 1B Speech model on Windows 11,
the download aborts at around 5–10% and leaves an incomplete plugin folder.
TypeWhisper then shows a persistent error pointing to a missing python.exe:

Error: C:\Users...\PluginData\com.typewhisper.granite-speech\python\python.exe

Deleting the folder and re-downloading does not fix the issue —
the error reappears immediately during the next download attempt.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open TypeWhisper → Settings → Modelle
2. Under "Lokal (Granite Speech)", click IBM Granite 4.0 1B Speech to start download
3. Download starts but aborts at ~5–10%
4. Error appears: ...granite-speech\python\python.exe not found
5. Deleting the folder com.typewhisper.granite-speech and retrying reproduces the same error

Expected Behavior

The Granite Speech plugin downloads completely including its bundled
Python runtime, and loads without errors.

Actual Behaviour: Download aborts early. The bundled Python runtime is never fully downloaded.
TypeWhisper shows a red error on the Transcription Provider page pointing
to a missing python.exe. The error persists across restarts and re-downloads.

OS: Windows 11
Other models (Parakeet TDT, Canary) work fine.
