No way to prevent transcriptions from going into history

It would be a good idea to have an option in settings which prevents transcriptions from being stored in history. I know I can go in and delete them by hand. This is a feature which would be really nice to have to prevent them from being there in the first place.

Fixed in a4048cd — Added SaveToHistoryEnabled toggle in Advanced settings. When disabled, transcriptions are inserted but not stored.
