See both STT version and AI processed text versions separately

Problem / Motivation

Then we can understand which text is outputted correctly, whether it's from the STT model or the AI enhancement, because sometimes the STT goes ahead with the correct output but AI enhancement completely makes it wrong then we can notice which AI enhancement prompt or the model works better.

Proposed Solution

In the history tab, once the transcription is done, we should be able to see both versions, default STT and then the AI enhancement version separately.
