I am sorry to write you here about a pb that is not related to your current GitHub package. Feel free to ignore my message if this bothers you.
I use you package TiRegistry from CPAN and I met a strange behaviour using it with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key: either no answer (from one machine) or an error message from another one). REG QUERY and Win32::Registry both provide answers.
I tried to contact you through your old CPAN email (at metronet) from my professional email but to no avail.
