The .me ccTLD does (now) have expiration date

Currently .me domains are exluded/in tldWithoutExpirationDate: https://github.com/TwiN/whois/blob/v1.1.9/whois.go#L15

What do you see?

FYI: date stamp (in Registry Expiry Date) seems the same format like .scot TLD

Oh, thanks for the hint 👍. I did not notice, that it was already removed from the list, because I only checked my PR #6 which caused that mess.
