Page templates?

Would it be possible to add page templates to the theme from this plugin in the future? I feel that it is very powerful to save patterns in the theme as the plugin currently allows, but allowing us to create the page templates from here as well would be absolutely amazing to finish the theme developing experience!

Yes, you can do that now actually!

It's not explicit, but you can set the block type to core/post-content and the post type to whatever you want (page or a CPT or whatever) and that pattern will be displayed when creating a new page.

UNFORTUNATELY it doesn't work while the plugin is activated. I see that there's a bug where none of the page templates are shown. This is due to how Pattern Builder is tinkering with the patterns. I think it effects Synced Patterns for Themes plugin too so hopefully we can figure out how to fix the issue.

Just deactivate the Pattern Builder plugin to see the Page Pattern in action. (Still useful when you plan to deliver a theme, but not the PB plugin.)

Question - can we also use this for other templates like categories and blog posts? Kind of the default templates

I also am curious about the translatable settings. We have a check to allow the texts to be localized. Is that to use the string translation? It wouldn't be translatable within the blocks/pages, but in the string translation settings from the plugin (WPML and such)?
