Automatically log the incoming request parameters

I think it would be valuable if the plugin had an option to turn on automatically logging incoming request parameters as either part of the request or by automatically adding to the fields section.

Often it is helpful to see in the log output the request param values. Depending on what you are doing, the value of a request parameter can be a factor that has an impact on performance, so seeing the value is helpful.
