Implement Farm job creation to make grpc call

When a boundary is established, the area of the farm node should be displayed in a Status block, the status block should be represented by a Book/Sign icon, it should show the current area, the amount of work hours needed to harvest the farm and the estimated cost and time if all work hours are split
