[BUG] Using Ukrainian keyboard layout breaks all keybindings (Linux)

If the game is launched with Ukrainian keyboard layout, I can't move, I can't spell, I can only use keys like Space and mouse. Switching keyboard layout to English doesn't fix it, the game has to be relaunched with English keyboard layout.

System:

• Distro: Arch Linux
• DE: Plasma 6.2.5 (Wayland
• Kernel Version: 6.13.1-zen3-1-zen (64-bit)
• The game is from Steam, v4.3.1.2024.12.12

I suspect Luanti has the same issue, and this PR should fix it for them: luanti-org/luanti#14964

Funny thing is, it's not an issue with SDL2 -> SDL3 compatibility layer, meaning it's fixed in SDL3, but since Steam Runtime uses SDL2 itself instead of SDL2-compat, it's an issue there.

Gotta somehow escape the runtime.

./barony.x86_64 || exit || %command%

Escapes the runtime, making the game use sdl2-compat on the system, and fixes the issue. Though, it also requires installing dependencies on the system for it to work.
