[Bug] Learning Arthropod/Spider Form from spellbook does not grant form associated spells.

I got a [Spellbook of Arthropod Form] from Anansi and when I learned the spell, I also learned [Revert Form], but I did not learn Poison or Web Spray even when shifted into arthropod form. These spells were not on the action bar or the spellbook. This is probably also the case with other Shaman spellbooks. Of note, I was already past the levels these abilities should have been learned at. This is on 4.3 and on Steamdeck.

Ideally I would be able to use those spells while shifted, but not in normal form unless learned separately.
