Triage user feedback issues #29
Description
Background
SMILER users have left a couple feature requests and bug reports as github issues: https://github.com/TsotsosLab/SMILER/issues
We should look through each and decide what we are doing about them.
Acceptance Criteria
- For every issue in https://github.com/TsotsosLab/SMILER/issues it is either pulled into the SMILER v2 project, has a next step defined, or is resolved.
