Infra: Code coverage

It would be nice to have some concept of the code coverage of our unit tests. This is pretty low priority but thought I'd put it here for anyone who knows how to do it

I've experience of doing this server side with jscoverage. Easy to do but requires touching all the test files.

Istanbul can perform this task without modifying the test files, but requires instrumenting all the code. For bas I wrote a shell script that instrumented the code, ran the tests, and then cleaned everything up again, which seemed to work, although I think we can do a better job here. :)

jscoverage seems to miss files and not be in active development

@germanrcuriel has recommneded Karma, I found blanket and grunt-blanket which don't require that we touch every file.. does anyone have any relevant experience or recommendations around these things?

I managed to get blanket working and it doesn't miss any file unlike node-jscoverage. I think is working fine. May I update #1386 ?

UPDATE: grunt-blanket is not necessary.
