Catalog needs a search feature

"Advanced" users can type in a NORAD number into a URL to quickly navigate to a specific satellite, but we should provide a standard "search" bar on every page that allows them to search (the same functionality on single entry submission) via Name, International Designator, or NORAD ID -- with the result providing them the "object" view of the item (if a single result), or a list to choose from.
