Webapp to configure QuickBars

The Problem

Configuring quickbars with the tv remote is not really easy and could be an heavy work to configure panels/action. The fact than we cannot configure the app while watching a movie is a little bit annoying

The Proposed Solution

The android app could expose a Webserver on a dedicated port to ease the configuration (all configurable features in the android app)
