Single press light entities "On/Off" instead of "Options"

The Problem

I have configured that when i press the netflix button a QuickBar is getting opened.
In this QuickBar i have some HA entities which i like to be in control off.
When "single" pressing a light entity it will show the "advanced" options (eg brightness, temp etc) instead of just turning the light on. When "double" pressing the light entity it will directly turn on. And would love to see that be the other way around.

The Proposed Solution

For Light entity's
single press => On
double press => Advanced options
