[Help]: cant connect to my home assistant

What is happening?

I bought quickbars for €2.90 and created a bar with a number of entities. I also created a long lived token in Home Assistant. I just can't get quickbars connected to my home assistant. I use duckdns to access my home assistant from outside my network. It also does not work via local IP address. I have already tried http://.....duckdns.org. https://. just the .....duckdns.org. but nothing works. can you help me, otherwise the app is of no use to me.

Hey, a few thoughts:

1. How did you pay for the app if it's not connecting? The in-app purchase appears well after successfully connecting, in the app's menus.
2. What do you mean by not connecting? You did not specify what happens exactly, and at what point. Please provide screenshots if possible.
3. Have you went through all of the sections of Troubleshooting thoroughly?
4. You need to figure out what is the correct domain for your specific setup. QuickBars supports all domains that are accessible by HA, you just need to provide the correct one, and also make sure to specify the correct port, if it's not a standard one (again, like explained in Troubleshooting).
